It depends on how expensive the plans are to set up and administer, and on whether a Roth plan would be enough of an enhancement to an employer's current retirement program to be worth the bother of adding the option and/or converting from a previous plan.
I wouldn't hold my breath. |

Plus not every 401k has made the decision to implement the Roth choice.
There are lots of administration details that can make a Roth cumbersome and expensive if only a few employees choose to use the option. At this point, most HR consultants that I have been talking to have said only about 25% of their 401k plans are definitely adding the Roth feature. rr |
