Ive noticed if I see how others work, it helps me improve my work habbits, or not be paranoid/guilty about em (seeing that others may be doing the same thing) etc. etc.
so answer these and other questions you may think are imporant in work habits
Question 0: what do you do?
rest of the questions:
When you're working,
1. what percentage of time at work do you actually work? between 10% - 150%. so in an 8 hour day that would translate into just less than an hour to 12 hours.
2. what do you do the rest of the time? internet, phone, email, browse the hallways, talk to people ...
3. how much of your work do you get done on time? 0 - 150%.
4. Do you take frequent breaks or smaller longer breaks during work hours?
5. how do you feel about your work habbits? fine, excellent, good, satisfactory, paranoid, guilty?
6. How fulfilled are you at your work? 0-150%.
7. How often do you get distracted from what you're doing? every other minutes, to every hour to usually never.
8. Why do you get distracted? because you're not fullfilled? because the work isnt fun? or what?
9. do you share your work habits with your boss? does he know when you're working and when not?
add your questions to this thread too, along with your responses.

Daily Q&A
How Do We Keep Our Best During Upheaval?
Things are getting scary for us. We recently had to downsize, and since then have lost some of our best people to other jobs. Aside from boosting their pay (which isn't feasible now), what practical steps can we take to keep them from quitting on us?
