I am in the process of preparing a company-wide sexual harassment in-service.
If anyone is willing to share a Sexual Harassment Policy, I would appreciate it.
Also, any suggestions for a beginner in-service is appreciated.
We will eventually use an outside vendor to conduct something more in-depth, but for now I am introducing a sort of Sexual Harassment 101 session.
I will be presenting to employees in the construction industry, including both field and office personnel.
