I have a real hard situation that I could really use some expert help with. I am in Management and there is someone on my same level that is lying trying to get me fired all in retaliation of turning her in for someting. When I went to the adminitrator back then about her trying to retalliate against me, My administrator just blew me off. Now I am starting to get in trouble and wrote up for things I had nothign to do with. It is so obvious what she is doing but my Administrator doesn't want to see that. I also have found email on the computer because we share the computer pretty much saying that "Is it possible to have this privilage taken away as well! ". i mean come on, if that doesn't say I am plotting nothing does. but I can't show my Adminstrator the email becuase it wasn't sent to me, I happen to stumble upon it because this person did not log out of there account. I know it will be turn around on me and they will say how I broke into the account or something. the person that is lying has a lot of responsiblity and I honestly feel my administrator doesn't want to have to try and hire someone else becuase this woman is like her lapdog and will do anything she needs her to. If i go to HR then my Administrator will not be on my side and the other people invovled have all been there many years and I have only been there 3. What to do, do i just do nothing or how do I get everyone to see the emails i printed out without getting myself in trouble for getting access to them. BIG DRAMA HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
