What kind of work atmosphere do you think is most suitable for the workforce? Posted by shellyrogers Shelly A couple of points. 1. Companies can only handle a certain number of "creative people". The rest of us just have to get the work done. ![]() 2. There are a number of "suitable" work atmospheres. No one answer. 3. The number one way to retain staff is to have a manager/supervisor who knows how to tailor communications to each member of the team in a way that they feel appreciated for the talents they bring to the workplace each day. |
