In Response to Re: Charging Applicants for their background checks.: I know of one organization that charges the unsuccessful applicants for their background checks. Talk about adding insult to injury! While amusing in a cynical evil sort of way, I don't personally recommend this practice. |

Actually I have. If a person is hired and they quit before completing 90 days then they have to pay for all the background check costs.
