I am a Sr. Recruiter at Yankee Candle Company and we are currently seeking a package designer to be based at our office in So. Deerfield, MA and have not had much luck.  Any recommendations on a contingency firm that may be able to assist?

I don't have a recommendation for a specific recruiter, but suggest you might want to look into www.bountyjobs.com.  It was a great way to expand my network of recruiters (and since you can set the fee you can also possibly save some money)....
