There are a lot of ATS offerings out there.  I think a good first step is to evaluate your needs (eg, types of employees you hire, onboarding in remote locations, background check integration, etc) and do an online search of product offerings.

I've always had great success with Silk Road Technology's OpenHire system for professional hires.  But when I looked at it for its applicability to call center hiring, Cytiva's (now Taleo) SonicRecruit system was a better fit because it was more suited for onboarding large numbers of hires quickly.

So pick and choose.  Contact a few that seem to meet your needs and arrange for demos. And don't be shy about letting it be known that you're looking at several - there is flexibility in pricing.

Check out specific sites like www.softwareadvice.com and www.capterra.com to help narrow down your shortlist. I think that would be a great start to your research as well as just searching on Google.

Also, make sure you check out iCIMS' talent acquisition solutions. iCIMS has over 1200 clients and 10,000 users worldwide. If you are looking for a best-in-class onboarding/recruiting provider, iCIMS can give you everything you are looking for and more.

I suggest www.hiresoc.com, its social recruitment platform with an ATS. You can also do an online candidate assessment with custom assessment questions.

All these product promotions <sigh>.  I suggest you cross each and every one of them off your list if this is how they sell their product.
