In Response to Request for info on time-to-fill metrics!: I'm wondering if anyone can provide me with very general time-to-fill metrics for 2011. I need time to fill for a large sized organization in the following roles: IT positions, Accounting/Audit positions, Analytics positions, and Customer Service Rep positions. I'd like the overall time to fill (# of days) from req opening to date offer is accepted. I have a client (large sized organization) who has been doing this manually and reports are inaccurate. I'd like to be able to provide him with very general metrics on the above types of positions for the year 2011, just so he has somethning to benchmark with. Any help is very appreciated. I looked on the Internet but didn't find anything. Thanks! Posted by nanben21 Time to fill is a an almost useless metric to compare to other companies. Within the company it is useful to determine trends. |
