It should be noted that the author of manual & the author who started this post, is one in the same, rbarefield is doing some effective self-promotion. I'd be requesting references before trusting what's free, especially since rbarefield is being dishonest by stating, "I found.." versus, "I wrote."

McKenna,

It is very sad to see that over three years after this topic was posted that there seems to be a person like yourself who doesn't know what there talking about! Workforce posted a free handbook called The Strategic Recruitment Handbook on its Editor's Choice section for about two years. Unfortunately, it is no longer posted. In fact, the book did not list any of my services. Their policy does not allow self-promotion. So before you slander someone in the future, make sure you have the facts. If you review some of the other topics in the recruiting and staffing forum, you'll find some individuals who list their phone numbers etc for individuals to obtain more information. The bottom line is that I did find some information and rewrote it with the permission of the author, and decided to share it with open minded people for free! I haven't made a dime off this forum since this topic was posted. So get your unproven facts straight before you slander me and others. By the way what have you posted free that could benefit others?

It has been three now that this topic has been posted online. Has anyone developed or found a high impact training program for helping recruitment functions and individual recruiter's develop their critical skills and competencies that easily aligns to their organization's core business competencies?

Daily Q&A

How to Address Flagging Motivation?

How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
