I'm looking for any recent studies/reports that provide estimates for:

- Average internal cost to hire according to occupation type (example: administrative vs. professional)
- Average cost to hire when outsourcing this process to placement/recruiting agency
- Average soft cost to support an employee, such as retention costs, HR service costs, employee development costs, etc.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
