I'm getting a series of responses to a current job posting probably in Russian since the characters in the text are Cyrillic. I wonder if I'm obligated to retain these or any other foreign langauge resumes in my database.

Since I can't read a word of it they may very well be ads from Russian a staffing agencies or an invitation to join a Moscow swingers group for all i know.
