Hi-
I'm a writer (and SPHR) doing some research on a project. I'm looking for government contractors who have experience with the e-verify system. I think it's voluntary at this point.

I'm also looking for any of you contractors who have run afoul of ICE or who have had problems with uncovering falsified I-9s. I've never had to check them so tell me is it hard to spot fake ones?

Thanks for the prompt response and great information (I think e-verify has been postponed until May 2009 now though). This is a big help to me.

I'm going to save that link to your blog post and I'll probably reach out to you offline at some point.
