First piece of advice - don't advertise on these forums!
As for what I look for, I look for a company that our relocating employees will be comfortable with and I won't be dealing with complaints about. I want a reasonable price, good service and essentially "call and forget" service. That is, I call you to give you details like name and places and you handle the rest. At a reasonable cost, of course.
Corporate relos are, as you might imagine, way down. Companies prefer to hire locally in good times, more so in bad.
Keep an eye on businesses on the upswing. Oil operations out of Lake Charles a couple of years ago would've been a good bet, for example. When the economy picks up, perhaps some of the shipping companies operating out of New Orleans. If there's a New Orleans business journal, get a subscription and track business trends.
You might also check in with the placement offices at Tulane and UNO - out of state companies recruiting there might need some local relo assistance.
Dont' bother checking at LSU. Nobody hires those graduates.

Daily Q&A
How to Address Flagging Motivation?
How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
