1) How might a company like Client Logic engage in college recruiting on a global level and why is creating a global brand important for a firm's recruiters?
2) How do you think recruiting trends differ in emerging markets versus developed countries such as the US?
3) How might Client Logic try to to assess and improve the validity of its nine-step approach to recruitment and selection?

Uh oh.....is it possible that a student at Webster University has just been caught posting homework/test questions on these forums?

Looks so!!! But why not if the student needs some information??? It's better to get an information or advise from professionals then just from Googling. Isn't it???

The way your questions are structured, it's very obvious you're not just looking for advice, you're looking for full (and very detailed!) answers to your instructor's questions. While we're more than willing to help guide students through their HR education, we are most emphatically not prepared to do their homework for them. Especially for free!

Oh well... I've been told that it's a learning tool. And the questions are the way they are coz of 140 character limit. But anyway didn't get anything useful from here and the homework is done.
Actually the other case study was about Micro blogging as a learning tool, so now I've doubt abt it, so far it's just waste of time.

Of course you didn't get anything useful from here!!! These forms are for advice, not term papers - and you asked for a term paper, not advice. (And BTW, the 140 character limit you mention has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with the way you structured your questions, you know that, and so do we...don't insult our intelligence by trying to bluff your way out of this.)

Finally, are you looking for a career in HR someday? (Or a career in anything?) Because if you are, you've really got to get rid of your 'tude. Anybody who comes to an interview with me with the kind of 'tude you have doesn't get invited back.

Amen. Doint a cut and paste of homework questions rather than rewording them indicates that your'e not willing to put in any effort at all. Not a good characteristic for a career in HR.
