OK sweetie, what is the advice you seek? Not the answers to your term paper questions, mind, but the advice. Ask (for the advice) and we shall answer.

Thank you really. Don't need any advise any more. As I said home work is done and next time if I'll need an advise am gonna use old way of learning, not gonna ask this forum for sure. So just forget about it and good luck in your professional work, no meter what ever it is.

Well, we obviously disagree on whether or not you need advice. While you may not think you need help, it's plain to the rest of us senior HR professionals here that you really do need it, desperately. And suggesting you revise your 'tude IS advice - pretty darn good advice at that!
Some more professional advice: you need to do some serious work on improving your grammar and spelling. Poor grammar and spelling alone will seriously limit any potential career choices you may have; combined with a bad 'tude (and note the apostrophe comes BEFORE the "t" and most definitely not after the "e"), well, you might as well just give up now on having any kind of career.

Daily Q&A
How to Address Flagging Motivation?
How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
