Currently we send surveys to new hires and hiring managers regarding their experience of the hire process and to all internal applicants, to improve the candidate experience. Have you utilized focus groups for this purpose? How successful are they in gathering information and have there been much participation? How have you been able to make the focus groups efficient/productive? Thanks!
