What benefits are there for you to outsource your HR?

This is not a spam, I am wanting some feedback from people who operate staffing agencies. People who do this or dont. What would you most benefit from if you didnt haft to worry about taking care of "this" in your office? You see, I represent a company that offers back office services, but want feedback as to what you have seen you like, or dont like. Notice I didnt plaster our company logo or phone number on here. I really want to improve our line.

Just as an FYI, the reason you're probably not getting any responses is because staffing agency people don't frequent this site...because it's a site for HR people, and this forum is for HR people involved in recruitment activities. Again, just an FYI.
