i'd recommend using your local newspaper and/or their website for these positions.

In the current market I use the following for such positions:
1. State employment office ( Iâm getting much higher quality applicants than I used to)
2. Local college & university job boards (even if youâre not looking for a recent grad Iâm finding that alumni frequent them as well)
3) Job Transition groups (usually sponsored by professional or faith-based organizations)
4) Outplacement firms (some have job boards of their own where they feature their clients)
5) Relevant professional organizations (newsletter & boards, networking meetings)
6) City sites (commercial web sites with local jobs board)
1 through 4 are usually free and often provide me with enough quality applicants to fill a position. Numbers 5 and 6 are usually low cost postings.
Good luck

Daily Q&A
How to Address Flagging Motivation?
How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
