To do what?

Simply store resumes?
Store resumjes that can be searched by specific skill, experioence or education?
Something else...

A decent Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is your best bet. There are a number of them available on the market. And given this slow economy and limited hiring out there, you should probably be able to get a good deal on one. The actual database is hosted offsite, so implementation is usually very easy.

I personally prefer OpenHire, but evaluate several in light of your actual needs and pick the one that does what you need it to do.

We need to store resumes and be able to search them for future efforts.

Thanks!

If you need a searchable database of resumes, then I would suggest looking for an applicant tracking system.

You should take a look at Taleo's Business Edition, they are consistently top ranked by analysts who evaluate these products. Moreover theyâve different solutions should you need to scale into onboarding, performance management, compensation & succession planning down the road.

It appears you are looking for an ATS. You might consider this one, it is free. I haven't personally used it but I have heard very good remarks from people who have. http://www.mrted.com/news.php3?id_breve=74

A wise person once told me, too good to be true? . . . then it probably is!

For a relationship/business to work for the long term, both parties need to benefit.

Something to think about . . . for what it is worth!
