I need to design a tracking tool in Excel to track the entire recruitment process, from being notified of the vacant position to confirmation after completing probation.

Look for "applicant tracking system" further in this forum. There's one that someone put up years ago that's still being downloaded today. It's frankly been rather annoying but it's still there somewhere.
