Can anyone recommend an online pre-employment customer service assessment, specifically for the retail industry? . . . with an ability to integrate with an existing ats?

I would endorse the ProveIt product from Kenexa. It's quite cost effective and they have online assessment tests for a very large number of jobs

Wonderlic has a cost effective retail assessment for customer service, integrity, productivity and etc... that easily interfaces with an ats.

If you send me an email request, I will send you several sample reports and literature.

Recruitaroo is good & probably the most cost-effective out there. I think they only test digital marketing, marketing & ecommerce, though.

Daily Q&A
How to Address Flagging Motivation?
How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
