I feel that LinkedIn is the perfect place to look. For executive searches it would seem that it is best to reach out to people with the experience you seek rather than expecting them to necessarily come to you. In Response to Executive Recruiting: I have been asked to identify a couple of websites where we could post a position for a high level executive. I have been told that we do not want to use an executive search firm (which would be my preference). I have also been told that we are not interested in the Ladders (?) We would like to cast out the net to employees in the area as opposed to doing a national search. Does anyone have any experience and success with posting such a position on a website other than careerbuilder, monster, etc? Posted by JayneS |
