Good afternoon,

I tried and tried... but could not find anything in the net pertaining to a test
called SAFETY INDEX (SI) and LOGICAL INDEX (LI). I am not even sure if it is a
test or psychological test. I was tasked to conduct research about these tests
and for days now, still unsuccessful.

If there is any one in this forum who is familiar or have any information about
the above mentioned tests... I am humbly asking for your kind assistance to
please send me any link/website or any information about it... Our foreign
principal would like to adapt a test which is called PREDICTIVE INDEX (PI) but
somebody informed us that it must be used in conjunction with the SI & LI. We
would like to adequately inform our principal as to why the SI and LI must be
used as part of the battery of test.. but we need data to do this.

I hope that someone can be of help to us right now... By the way, I'm from Philippines and it is likely that these tests are not yet being widely used here

Thank you so much in advance.

Hi:
I'd simply contact the folks at PI Worldwide and they will be able to answer your questions.

Daily Q&A

How to Address Flagging Motivation?

How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
