Hi everyone,
I am hoping to get some insights about virtual interviewing and career fairs. What do you all think about them? Do you use any virtual interviewing or career fair platforms/services? How do you feel about meeting candidates through live video chat? What about live and recorded video intervwieng? Please share your thoughts!

Virtual Interviewing is best suited for filtering / screening of candidates before you call them for on-one-on interviews. There are many benefits to live and recorded video interviewing:

1) Interviewer can ask same questions to multiple candidates
2) Interviewer and candidate can save time, money and effort on travelling
3) Recorded interviews can be viewed repeatedly and shared with other team members.
