Currently, we are establishing everything from scratch. One of the main thigns I am looking at currently is to buy an excellent HR database. Any idea which database might be the best? I want to make sure that the database can generate all the rqeuired reports in terms of leave, employee information, performance, salaries and benefits, etc. Any advice will be highly appreciated.
