We need to get a view of our organizational requirements for staffing all of our projects and operations projected over the next few years. We would like to have all the teams input their projects into a system along with the role they need and how much time and when they need that role. Has anyone seen a system that might help us gather and manage this information?

How to Address Flagging Motivation?

How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? As a result, their motivation suffers.
