Integrated timekeeping program
Discuss how to choose system that will yield the best results, as well as how to maintain it, and how to calculate its return on investment.
I have a bunch of IT geeks who love the computer and all of the applications out there.  They travel all day from client site to client site.  They already have to use a timekeeping program

I have a bunch of IT geeks who love the computer and all of the applications out there.  They travel all day from client site to client site.  They already have to use a timekeeping program for client billing purposes, but this program is totally insufficient for timekeeping for pay purposes.  I am looking for options that would allow integration of time tracking for both pay purposes and client billing.  This is a rather small company (50ish employees), so cost control is important.

In this case, the best tool that I would recommend would be Replicon timekeeping software. The recommend comes from my experience and through various feedbacks and reviews I had read about this tool.

Hi Karen, not sure if you are still looking but I can propose BusyTime Pro which will work for a business with a small number of employees. We use it ourselves and there's only 13 of us. The software allows you to generate figures that you can use to invoice your clients, and it also integrates with accounting packages. www.busytime.com.au. Best of luck.
