I've redesigned our HR forms as electronic templates usable over our PC network. Forms require unique and identifiable signatures. What solution options are available if we don't want to past signatures into a form?

If you are using email forms the employee's email address can be 'stamped' on the email as the official signature. To facilitate this as an acceptable solution, employees should sign a 'signature' card that allows their email address to become their official signature. In that same communication employees should understand that they must keep their username password strictly private or it could be easily abused. This would be the same strategy if you were using a PIN to authorize transactions over an IVR or Web based self service application.
