Hi technology forum folks,

I am currently working on my doctoral dissertation at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. I am examining the relationship betweenwork/life benefits and appliant attraction to the organization amoung job applicants and new hires. I am looking for a few companies who would be willing to collaborate with me in data collection by distributing surveys to applicants or new hires. For participating companies I will draft a report of my findings describing for use in developing recruitment startegies. Alterntively, if you are looking for a job yourself or have done so in the past 3 months, and could spare just 30 minutes of your time, I can send you a survey to coplete! If you are interested in participating, I would love to talk with you.... drop me an email when you get the chance to casperw@calib.com.

Thanks so much. Hope to hear from you!!
