If anyone has used HRVantage software could you please let me know what you think of this product? My company is looking into purchasing it and I would like some feedback on it first.

I don't know how large your company is or will grow to, but products in the same category are limited to around 2000-2500 active and inactive employees or you will begin to experience performance problems. A lot depends on the number of concurrent users and archiving inactive employees after a certain period of time.

If your going to grow larger than this or have significant turnover which requires maintaining inactive employee data, you should look at a higher-end product.

The name sounds familiar, but I can't honestly say I've had experience with this particular product. However, I can strongly recommend against Ceridian's Source 500 product. We've had nothing but headaches since installation and are seriously considering returning to ADP.

I havent used the above mentioned software but i will suggest you to go for 'eResource Scheduler'. It is a collaborative & configurable resource management software which would help you in managing your resources efficiently. I think they provide a 14 day free trial as well.
