My company is looking at Alexus & HireSystems to outsource resume & requisition tracking via their internet sites. Is there anyone out there that has done this? Any advice, comments, etc? PS

My company is looking at Alexus & HireSystems to outsource resume & requisition tracking via their internet sites. Is there anyone out there that has done this? Any advice, comments, etc?
PS. we are converting from an in-house system called Resumix.
