Depends on what workgroup you're looking to apply the software to. Blue Pumpkin is typically a customer contact (primarily call center) product. Key competitors in the call center area are: IEX, TCS (owned by Aspect Communications), and a smaller player in Australia called Hansen Corporation. If your search is for an application not specific to call centers, I can provide you with some other names.

How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work?
