A system that we highly recommend is Unitime Time & Attendance.
Unitime allows you to track information based on a variety of standards/rules. Besides great software, they offer standard swipe clocks as well as biometric clocks. They even offer a web-based product. And their software can interface with a variety of HRIS software packages and services - including ADP. You can learn more about it by visiting www.unitime.com |

I believe you should look at SAP's Time Management Solution. It allows for automatic or manual recording of time data. There is automated evaluation of this data, which is then transferred to payroll.
For extra information you can visit www.sap.com or contact your nearest SAP division. |

Try Present - available from www.exclusisoft.com . It is an easy to use and inexpensive visual system that will help you not only keep track of attendance, but will assist you with compliance with each individual's entitlements, and with planning staff vacations. It is flexible, allowing you to keep track of the absence leaves/categories you want and time banks (overtime...). Present can be used centrally, decentralized, or a combination of the two - as you see fit. |

Check out HROffice at www.ascentis.com. It links with most payroll systems and can also be used for COBRA, web enrollment, and other HR functions. You can purchase just the pieces you want, and add on later if you want. |

Anyone investigating time keeping systems might want to check out Trillium's Time & Attendance Symposium. It's really an intensive seminar with six vendors giving demos. It's a time saver and you can really grill the vendors - not the typical, rah-rah' of other such events. Http://www.trillium-services.com/Seminars/ |
