Discuss how to choose system that will yield the best results, as well as how to maintain it, and how to calculate its return on investment.
We are considering Ceridian Source Link - Source 500 Interface to work with our PS V 7.5. Anyone have any comments about the Ceridian product?

Started with Paychex and never could get a hold of my "1" service rep. They were good for my small business, but as my company grew, I needed complex solutions that they could not provide.

Switched to Ceridian. Whoa what a nightmare. Implementation took forever and their customer service was a little worse than Paychex.

Moved to ADP two years ago and am completely happy. I can always get a hold of a service rep when I have a question. Implementation was not as fast as Paychex, but because of my complex needs, it was well worth it. More expensive than Paychex, but they are tailored to companies over 50.

Paychex was good for my small business, that is why they were cheaper. No value other than payroll and tax compliance.

Choose ADP when you get the chance to.

We have used ADP for over 13 years and had had excellent customer service and no problems, but every so often we check out other services to see if there is something better. I have talked with several companies, including Ameripay. Does anyone have any experience with them? They use the Millennium software that several of you have spoken highly of, but I would like to know about tech support and other customer service issues and how well they respond.
Thanks.

I have used ADP for 11 years. I switched to Ceridian, but switched back to ADP after a terrible conversion. They hook you with promises, but in hte end do not deliver. Also, a thing to consider, Ceridian's solutions work best for companies that have 250 employees or better. I think ADP's is a round 125 (my company is 150) and Paychecx's average client is 12. That is another reason we are staying put.

Daily Q&A

How to Address Flagging Motivation?

How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
