Web-based Time and Attendace
Discuss how to choose system that will yield the best results, as well as how to maintain it, and how to calculate its return on investment.
Does anyone have a web-based time and attendance company/product to recommend? We are currently looking at Time America. Any suggestions would be helpful.

My brother's company (500 employees) just purchased ADP's Enterprise eTime. I went to the demo and am considering it for my company (125 employees). It is amazing and it is worth your time to look.

My company supports Sage Timberline Office (accounting software for construction) but we are owned buy an accounting/payroll company. One of their clients started using the Time America web product for their time and attendance. The Time America software exports directly into their payroll software they use. It made it so easy for them to run payroll that now they are paying for each of their clients to use the Time America XactTime (web software) for their time & attendance. Its priced really reasonable and has all kinds of features. Their clients claimed its saved them money & time in return. They are all completely happy with their decisions, and highly recommend it.

Check it our for yourself:

Cruze,

We offer web based time tracking as part of our basic $24.95 per month package. It also includes employee management, labor laws, compliance posters, benefits management, and property management. It is called EffortlessHR and can be found at www.effortlesshr.com

Daily Q&A

How to Address Flagging Motivation?

How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
