Which HRIS works well with ADP?
Discuss how to choose system that will yield the best results, as well as how to maintain it, and how to calculate its return on investment.
Anyone with about 100 employees using an HRIS that works well with your ADP payroll system? What extra modules did you add, if any? Any downsides??? Thanks a ton!!

Anyone with about 100 employees using an HRIS that works well with your ADP payroll system? What extra modules did you add, if any? Any downsides???

Thanks KM- I have looked at ADP but I don't hear rave reviews for the HR products. Have you used them?

We are using ADP HR Perspective. We have been on it for 3 years now, and there are pros and cons. We like the connection to payroll, however, the benefits do not flow nicely over so we are still keeping a mnaual spreadsheet for beneftis, in addition to adding to ADP.

Try checking out NuView Systems at nuviewinc.com. They offer hosted web-native HRIS solutions integrated to the fabulous ADP
payroll & tax-filing systems. Very functional & deep on HR & Benefits, Recruiting,Trainiing,ESS/MSS & Metrics.They have a tight ADP interface so data is entered
once and passed ADP's gross-to-net paycheck calculations. Good Luck!!!!

ADP's HR-Benefits solution will do all you want and more. It comes with employees self-service, self-invoicing/self-billing for your benefits statements, open enrollment, etc. We switched from ABRA and I do not see us going back. ADP constantly upgrades their web-based products free of charge, but when we were with ABRA we had to pay thousands of dollars to upgrade and then more money for the implementation.
