The Feedback Edge 360 multi-rater assessment is easy to use and concludes with a top shelf professional user report. The Staff have debriefed hundreds of the Feedback Edge reports with clients with outstanding results!

I would look at PDI's Profilor. www.personneldecisions.com/Product_Service_Detail.aspx?Sub=Developing&ID=182

This tool is used around the world, some 55,000 times each year . If you want to have a tool that reflects your competencies and desired outcomes. This is where I would start.

We purchased Calibra's 360 assessment for our Talent Pool and were delighted with the customization of the product and the customer service. I cannot speak more highly of the product, process, and contacts we've worked with at Calibra (Paul Dillenburg, pdillenburg@calibraleadership.com). I was delighted at how user friendly their product is from an administrater, user & rater perspective. They provide excellent resources too.
