We are currently reviewing Timesheet Software packages, and I am inquiring to see what other companies are using, and their experiences with it.
We are currently using Kronos' Timekeeper Express, and collect hours worked per day (duration time, no punches or in/out). We need access to timesheets from prior pay periods, and need to distinguish between approved outstanding (non-exported) and approved paid (exported) timesheets.
Any input and suggestions would be fantastic! Thank you in advance!

We currently use Midrange Software's payroll system and are going to try out their new time and attendance software.

Be very leary of Ceridian's Time and Attendance applications. Their service level is well below standard and the application is unstable at best. The Time Division is a silo from the rest of the company and acts independently.

We just purchased Infotronics and went live with the system in November. The service with our broker has been good. Our unique company rules are proving to be a test but all in all, we're pleased with the way it's working. Pay periods are archived forever so it's no problem to go back and look one up for an employee or the employee can look it up themselves with access through Employee Self Service. I would recommend giving Infotronics a look.

My company is in the process of implementing ezLabor an ADP timekeeping product. It is web based and would allow the end users to view previous time sheets.

Thank you to everyone who has posted. It has been extremely helpful!
We have narrowed down the field, and we are in the final stages of implementation. We decided to go with Clockware.
Thanks again!

We currently use the Time America web based electronic time sheet entry and telephony, called XactTime, in our office. There are multiple ways to collect and security to lock it down. They also have a desktop product time sheet entry too that we looked out, but we liked the flexibility of the time and attendance web based software.

Daily Q&A
How to Address Flagging Motivation?
How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
