A great resource and technology can be found at www.knowledge-wave.com, and I think www.survey-wave.com. Good people who really know what they're doing. We've recommended them to our customers in the past. |

I work for a managed care organization with less than 500 employees. We recently completed a company-wide survey and utilized software from Zoomerang www.zoomerang.com
They have a free version that you can use with limited features. We liked the software and purchased the full version with unlimited surveys and additional features. The reporting was a little tidious because you can only export to Excel and the vendor does not give you much to work with as far as cross-tabulation. We have learned to strategically formulate our questions so that the reporting will be less cumbersome. |

I used to work for a restaurant chain with 11 locations and we conducted a semi-annual survey of approx. 1100 employees.
If you are computer software literate, by far the best product I found for surveys was STATPAC. The software cost us around 1000.00 but was well worth it. If you don't have a website for hosting the survey, they offer one for you to use. The reports were exceptional from very simple to crazy detail. Also, the customer support was wonderful with very quick and patient replies! Check it out (www.statpac.com) Tracy K |

Tim Macer evaluates online research software and his site is a good source to find the right solution that meets your requirements. Take also a look at Globalpark (UK / Germany): http://www.globalpark.de/eng/index.php A very good survey software. By, Michael |
