Hello, Have any of you guys out there had any experience with either one of ADP's newer packages, Benefits EXpert, the employee self service benefits system or their intranet? I am getting quotes now

Hello,
Have any of you guys out there had any experience with either one of ADP's newer packages, Benefits EXpert, the employee self service benefits system or their intranet? I am getting quotes now and I am hoping to replace about 10 hours of admin work with the self service and billing features. Any input would be helpful.

Yes. It's been great for us. One of the main reasons why we decided to use it is because it sends the enrollment/changes to all the carriers for us. We use the "self audit" report a lot to. It's a report that truly reflects who and who isn't on your benefits and what you're paying. We use it to compare with our invoices to make sure the carriers aren't overbilling us. Hope that helps.

What size company, (employee number using it), and are you looking just for benefits enrollment or other types? I might be able to recommend some resources. Cheryl

We are a small company with about 250 employees. We would like something that the majority of our employees could use.

WE use ADP's HR-Benefits solutions self-invoice and self-bill our carriers and we also have the carrier connections that allow our changes to be fed directly to them. It is a really nice change for us and saves us about 12-15 hours of work.
