ADP Perspective Interfaces

I am interested in learning as much as I can about how ADP HR/Perspective really works. I will be starting work at a firm that has both PeopleSoft HRMS and ADP HR/Perspective...and would like to connect the two products. Does HR/P do imports? Exports? Direct Database access? Any insights would be welcome.

ADP works with a company called IDI that can build, if they do not already have one, and interface between your systems. I have ADP payroll/tlm/hr and IDI built an iterface between my ADP solutions and my SCT Banner database.
