We are a law firm with about 500 employees located in 3 states. We are looking for a web-based HR system that can interface w/ ADP payroll, has a self-service module, and can connect to our benefit service providers. We have looked at Spectrum, Ulitmate Software and Ascentis. Any comments on these vendors or have any recommendations? Thanks in advance for your help!

Another company you may want to take a look at Midrange Software, Inc. They have hosting HR, PR, Web ESS, Web Recruiting & Time and Attendance.

I have seen Ultimate and it was a finalist in our recent HR Payroll selection. I was very impressed with it.

We chose Kronos as it offered Timekeeping, HR and payroll as one package.

Any reason you have not looked at ADP's HR-Benefits solution? We use it with ADP's PCPW payroll and it works great. We self-bill and self-invoice our carriers and use the employee and manager self service.
