I've narrow my choices down to IDT or Replicon. They look good on paper. Any thoughts? THANKS

I have used hour doc before, but it has a very limited options.
I tried over 20 products before finally finding a great package, rota horizon made by www.thinking-software.com

You may also want to consider TC-1.

TC-1 allows you to dramatically reduce payroll preparation time, eliminate manual calculation errors from employee timesheet records, schedule work efficiently, and improve profitability/efficiency.

I want you to try our software, Time Attendance Suite 2009(trial version) but you can use it with 5 employees as a demo.

I know this post is five years old and the original poster has already come up with a solution, but for others browsing who may have similar concerns, check out Tempo.
