We are looking at prospective HRMS vendors, and would like to hear about any experiences with NuView (positive or negative). Specifically, we would like to get a sense of the total ownership experience; how does it compare to a top-tier HRMS system.

Andrew - we've used Nuview for about 7 years (first their access based product and now their web based product) and I'd be happy to discuss it with you. Send me an e-mail with your contact information and I'll get in touch. I don't have a point of comparison with other HR systems since we've always been using Nuview.

How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them.
