If you are looking for HRIS for your company, you should first assess your staff IT skills and the time will be need to train them for the new HRIS. HRIS system are alot in the market. Determine your needs (the output of the software)and the allocated budget. AS HR Application Consultant, I have gone through many HR softwares for big and small business. SAP and Oracle are the best for multinational companies. You do not have to buy the whole backage. You can start with the necessary modules (Personnel or training etc..)

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne products handle multiple companies and are also translated into 21 different languages. Oracle has recently announced they will support and continue to enhance JDE software indefinitely (as opposed to 2013-they realized the product has a significant customer base and growth opp).

Hi, You can spend upwards of several hundred thousand to millions with a team of people to implement and configure an SAP or Peoplesoft, but there are software as a service firms with a substantial savings in a reduced capital outlay, subscription by usage basis. Many of these solutions are hosted which does not rely at all on your internal IT resources. The size of your organization, budget and required complexity are really the determinants. Good luck and give ADP a call- you may be pleasantly surprised!

It really depends on how many employees you have. ADP's HR/B solution is great if you have multi-locations and are under 2000 employees.

Daily Q&A
How to Address Flagging Motivation?
How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
