We currently operate a mixed environment with both full-time and part-time staff. Full-time staff are required to work 40 hours/week and part-time must work a minimum of 25 hours or a maxium of 40. Part-Time staff would have a mix of shift lengths anywhere from 5 to 8 hours in length.
We are looking to roll-out Webstation Plus to our staff. Currently we allow FT and PT staff to trade their shifts and PT staff can also trade with other PT staff for longer or shorter shifts (as long as they work the minimum). With v3.9 it does not appear that we can allow our PT staff to continue to have this autonomy and ensure that FT staff are not trading away for reduced shifts.
I understand that there are some upgrades to Webstation Plus in v3.11, however has anyone found a way, in v3.9, to ensure that full-time specialists are still receiving full-time hours?

Daily Q&A
How to Address Flagging Motivation?
How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
