I have spent the last month aggresively searching for a new HRMS after wasting 2 years on Microsoft's Great Plains (now known as Dynamics). Through this search, I've looked at over a dozen systems and I have narrowed by search down to 3 final candidates, Sage Abra HRMS, Spectrum's iVantage, and Ultimate's Worforce Management. Each system has its advantages/disadvantages so I'm looking for feedback from current customers of each or from others who have looked at these systems.
Please do not respond if you are a vendor recommending another product as this is my final list. I'm looking for honest feedback preferably from customers who are using the current version of these systems. |

We have used Abra for the last 2 1/2 years. Prior to that we outsourced our payroll to ADP. We've not really had any major problems with Abra. There's a bit of a learning curve but you'll have that with almost any product. |

We used Spectrum at my last company, started with Access product and converted to the Web based. Loved it. At my new company we were using Abra when I got here. I found it to be very outdated and simplistic compared to what I was used to. We moved to ADPs web based product because we are too small for Spectrum to be cost effective, but I would move to them in a heartbeat. |
