I have spent the last month aggresively searching for a new HRMS after wasting 2 years on Microsoft's Great Plains (now known as Dynamics). Through this search, I've looked at over a dozen systems and I have narrowed by search down to 3 final candidates, Sage Abra HRMS, Spectrum's iVantage, and Ultimate's Worforce Management. Each system has its advantages/disadvantages so I'm looking for feedback from current customers of each or from others who have looked at these systems.

Please do not respond if you are a vendor recommending another product as this is my final list. I'm looking for honest feedback preferably from customers who are using the current version of these systems.

We have used Abra for the last 2 1/2 years. Prior to that we outsourced our payroll to ADP. We've not really had any major problems with Abra. There's a bit of a learning curve but you'll have that with almost any product.

We used Spectrum at my last company, started with Access product and converted to the Web based. Loved it. At my new company we were using Abra when I got here. I found it to be very outdated and simplistic compared to what I was used to. We moved to ADPs web based product because we are too small for Spectrum to be cost effective, but I would move to them in a heartbeat.
