Hello,

I am looking to purchase a candidate/resumee tracking software which can import a resumee from any website and place the fields accordingly. Also, since since the resumees are in a different language then English, I would like to be able to define the fields to be imported myself, teach the software what to import for Education and define as a template for that particular website.

Can anybody suggest such a software or something similar which can be customised?

Oracle has a module called iRecruitment (IRC). It can be used in conjunction with the rest of the Oracle HRMS suite or it can be used as a stand-alone. There is also a vendor called Mohomine/Magnaware whose software extracts the information from resumes and places it in the appropriate fields in IRC. The terminology for doing this is "Resume Parsing".
I can't give you any ideas on costs. I have implemented IRC for 3 different clients but only one chose to use the resume parsing functionality and this was about 18 months ago. Magnaware didn't have all the kinks our of it at that time. Can't say how well it's going now.

If you didn't know it, Workforce Management has an Applicant Tracking Decision guide available.

Good Luck.

Daily Q&A

How to Address Flagging Motivation?

How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
