Discuss how to choose system that will yield the best results, as well as how to maintain it, and how to calculate its return on investment.
What do you think is the next wave in Recruiting Technology? Thoughts would be great - where do you want to see things go? If you have a pain what is it? Thanks! Mark Newman

The future of recruiting is going to be with vertical search. The whole idea is to provide job seekers that opportunity to search for jobs without going to five different websites.

Websites, such as SimplyHired and Indeed, can provide job search results from traditional job boards and corporate websites.

Sites like Monster and CareerBuilder only have their shareholders in mind, rather than their customers. Why must a job seeker have to see an ad before seeing the search results? Can you imagine going to Google and having to see an ad before seeing your search results?
